Required Documents for New Companies to be registered at Khark Petrochemical Co.
 
 
1)     Legal entity (to be approved by Embassy of Iran in your country.)
2)     Last valid company registration License including:
·     Shareholders Name and their position in the company.
·     Company full address and contact details
3)     Proof of Financial ability and Banking information of the company
4)     Passport copies of Shareholders
5)     Related subsidiaries including Iran agency, shipping co. Etc. if any
6)     Official Email address and website
·  (Yahoo mail and Gmail or similar informal emails are not accepted)
7)     Last 2 years audited docs
8)     Documents showing actual experiences with Iranian / Non-Iranian petrochemical companies (Bulk cargoes).
9)     Any legal and formal document showing your esteemed company ability for providing Bulk (Gas/Liquid/Dry) vessels.
 
Note: All above required documents for Non-Iranian companies should be in English.
